Masterpact NW with ArcBlok™ Technology

The Masterpact NW low-voltage power circuit breaker and insulated case circuit breaker are available

with ArcBlok technology designed to mount in an ArcBlok drawout cradle.

The Masterpact NW with ArcBlok technology interfaces with the ArcBlok cradle to prevent arcing

events by enclosing the phases at the primary connection of the cradle. If for any reason an arcing

event happens, with the separation between phase to phase and phase to ground, the arc is

extinguished in less than 12 ms to reduce arc flash energy.

The Masterpact NW with ArcBlok technology is tested as part of Arc Resistant Equipment to ANSI

C37.20.7.
